Renderful.ai provides API and dashboard tools for AI-generated image, video, audio, and related content workflows. You must be legally able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Billing, Credits, and Payments

Paid usage is charged according to the pricing shown in product interfaces. Top-ups, credit usage, auto top-up, and invoice data are recorded in your account. You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges associated with your selected payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes. You are responsible for prompts, inputs, outputs, and downstream use of generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the platform, software, and related materials. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to your own inputs and outputs as permitted by law and third-party model terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including model availability, rate limits, and pricing. We may update these Terms periodically by posting revised versions.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for any specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEGA GROUP PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, payment failures, or security concerns.
